We were very excited to have the opportunity to build Quilceda Creek Winery one of our first
fully portable chiller systems for the 2007 Harvest. Paul called us for his second system in April of 2010.
The picture to the left is of the first system ready for fermentation control!.
Paul wanted to have a second system built as an identical twin to his original system.
Both of the systems utilize a glycol supply and return manifold.
Delivered just in time for the 2010 harvest and bottling the 2009 vintage
