Today, Free State entrusts three Pro Chiller Systems with the cooling duties at their successful Brew Pub and their brand new Production facility.
 Free States new production brewery We worked with Head Brewer Steve Bradt to incorporate several features and options to enhance the chiller operation and efficiency. A few of these include a variable frequency drive on the glycol process pump to automatically slow down and speed up the pump motor depending on the cooling demand in the brewery. We are also recovering the heat from the discharge refrigerant to preheat water fed to his hot liquor tank.
