Position is based at the NC Facility
Position Summary:
The Operation Support Specialist is responsible for all aspects of shipping and transportation planning at our Mocksville manufacturing facility. This role ensures seamless movement of equipment to meet customer delivery timelines. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and demonstrate strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Shipping
- Coordinate daily outbound freight activities (LTL, FTL, and International).
- Schedule pickups and deliveries, generate shipping documents, and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Inspect shipments for accuracy and damages and resolve discrepancies.
- Logistics & Transportation
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the timely movement of equipment.
- Negotiate rates and service levels with freight providers to optimize cost and performance.
- Maintain and track all transportation-related records and documentation.
- Administration & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain shipping logs, customs documents, bills of lading, and other regulatory paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards.
- Assist in resolving transportation issues, customer concerns, and supply chain disruptions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse coordination experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Knowledge of freight classifications, Incoterms, and transportation regulations is a plus.

Job Description: Manufacturing Technicians

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to;
• Support our dealers to serve multiple customers across multiple markets with:
- Cooling or chiller load estimate training and support
- Chiller system quotations
- Installation/Service coordination support with PRO tech support
- Sales calls and sales training
- Provide dealers opportunities in new markets
• Recruit prospective dealers, as well as prospective (end-user) customers. Help to determine if there is a good fit for our products and services.
• Be an ambassador for the PRO brand, be obsessed about meeting customers' expectations and strive to find ways to raise the level of support and services that we offer.
• Create, close, and increase sales in the assigned region.
• Participate in regional trade shows & trade association meetings.
• Manage and submit records of customer calls and be responsible for discussions of results, market information, and customer opportunities within the assigned region.
• Develop as a sales professional with ongoing training and personal development with a focus to increase knowledge and professional effectiveness
Pro currently markets to the following industries; Craft Breweries, Dairies, Wineries, Distilleries, Extraction (cannabis and hemp oils) as well as numerous other food processing-related applications. A background and industry knowledge is helpful.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be willing to travel as necessary to meet sales goals. We value weekends at home as much as possible and want travel limited to M-F. Without travel restrictions, may require spending 50% of your time on the road supporting your dealers.
• Must have a background in Outside Sales
• Minimum 2-5 years sales experience
• Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Able to work as a team player.
• Some knowledge of refrigeration equipment is a plus but not required
• Must have a clean driving record

Pro Refrigeration, Inc., an established rapidly growing manufacturer of Refrigeration Equipment, is seeking a Factory/Field Service Technician who wants to be part of a service team on the Leading Edge of Industrial Process Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing and Service. This position is full-time and will be based out of our Mocksville, North Carolina facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Technical Services Team works nationwide with a team of Authorized Service Providers. This position will work with our Dealerships Service Managers and Technicians for scheduling and planning work to be completed in the field.
- Travel to job sites throughout North America is an essential part of this position.
- When in the factory, our Service Technician will report to the Product Manager to review any product-related improvements identified when working in the field.
- Pro performs complete factory testing of every chiller system that is produced, the Service Technician would work with our team in the Testing Center to ensure systems are operating per specification prior to shipment.
- The Service Technician will also be able to work with the manufacturing departments as needed.
- Pro provides Technical Support for all of our clients, when available, the Field Service Technician will get to aid the Technical Support team with emergency support service calls.
- Overnight travel will be required and could make up 50% of the Field Service Technician schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate for this position would possess the following skills and experiences
- Chiller System Repair and Maintenance
- Commercial / Industrial Refrigeration System Repair and Maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical control systems
- Experience working with Natural Refrigerants is preferred, but not required
- Customer Service Experience
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must be able to relate well with customers and co-workers in a fast-paced atmosphere

Job Description:
As the Technical Customer Service Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional support for our clients and dealers. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the technical services team, managing the warranty claims process, and developing a comprehensive training program for our dealers. - Customer Support:

- Tech Team Management:

- Establish and monitor performance metrics, providing feedback and development opportunities to team members.
- Field and resolving high level technical support calls.
- Assist less experienced technicians coaching them towards resolution.
- Confirm support calls have been resolved and answered timely and all calls have been documented and reported accurately.
- Confirm the scheduling and coordinating of Field Services from start to finish- make certain the best available technician and/or dealer is dispatched.
- Follow up with the client to confirm resolution that the work is completed to their satisfaction.
- Warranty:
- Oversee the end-to-end warranty process, from claim initiation through resolution, confirming compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends, root causes of common issues, and opportunities for product improvements.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to address recurring problems and enhance product reliability.
- Training Program Development:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve a training program for dealers to ensure they are well-versed in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Pro’s products.
- Create training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on workshops, tailored to different learning styles and dealer needs.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support
- 3+ years’ experience working in a Customer Service Manager position
- Knowledge of Glycol Chiller Systems, Refrigeration, and Electrical Controls.
- Basic understanding of Local Area Networking, Routers, Switching, IP Addressing
- Must relate well with customers and team members
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making

Job Description:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role involves managing a team of production technicians, coordinating with other departments, and driving continuous improvement to meet production targets and quality standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Team Management:
- Supervise and lead a team of skilled production technicians and assemblers.
- Work with department Leads to provide training, guidance, and support to ensure employees are proficient in their roles and adhere to company standards.
- Conduct performance reviews and address any personnel issues in a timely manner
- Production Oversight:
- Monitor production schedules and workflow to ensure timely and efficient completion of manufacturing goals.

- Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct safety training and drills for the production team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including OSHA and environmental regulations.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the COO and other departments, such as engineering, and logistics, to ensure seamless production operations.
- Provide regular updates to the COO on production status, issues, and performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the production floor for extended periods.

As a part of an exciting engineering team, the Manufacturing Engineering role is to prepare complex drawings, diagrams, and documents using SolidWorks; be a catalyst of change within manufacturing; and work to assist lean processes through design for manufacturing and assembly.
Role and Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Streamline manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; and soliciting observations from operators.
- Be an integral part of product development by modeling and testing design concepts using SolidWorks.
- Build on your communication skills by preparing and distributing accurate production drawings for chiller assemblies and coordinating with Sales and Production management to verify equipment configurations.
- Manage the engineering files’ folder structure and maintain solid models and drawing files.
- Validate improvements through cost and time analysis as it relates to design for manufacturing.
Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday with overtime and Saturdays when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience/Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 2-5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Knowledge: A working knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints using various software programs, including Auto CAD, and MS Office.

Job Description:
The Controller is a key member of the leadership team and is accountable for the integrity of the company’s financial operations. This role encompasses oversight of accounting functions, internal controls, financial reporting, and strategic cost analysis. A strong emphasis is placed on job cost accounting, partnering with internal stakeholders, particularly manufacturing operations, to drive efficiencies, reduce costs, and support operational improvements. Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the Finance Department’s daily operations and long-term planning.
