Pro Refrigeration is a 60+ person firm headquartered in Auburn, WA, with an east coast production facility located in Mocksville, NC. Pro Refrigeration specializes in innovative, high-quality refrigeration solutions. Our company is dedicated to excellence in product design, customer service, and sustainable manufacturing.

We are seeking a results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth.

Position Summary:

The National Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability. This role involves managing regional sales teams, cultivating strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers, and identifying new business opportunities within our current markets.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in sales leadership, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in the industrial or refrigeration sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership
– Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market expansion.
– Monitor industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
– Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term business plans.

• Team Management
– Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
– Set clear performance goals, track results, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
– Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence

• Sales Execution
– Oversee national accounts and build strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, and partners.
– Identify and pursue new market segments and customer opportunities.
– Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Performance Analysis
– Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
– Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.

• Customer Relationship Management
– Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
– Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales performance tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally (up to 50%).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Achieving annual revenue growth targets.
• Expanding customer base and entering new markets.
• Increasing profitability through strategic pricing and cost management.
• Maintaining high team satisfaction and retention rates.
• This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives, health benefits and life insurance policy, paid leave, 401k with 4% matching
